Yoga has been a part of my life for 25 years. For me, yoga is not only about the physical asanas. It's also work with the mind and breath. A tense body affects the mind, and the breath no longer flows freely. And vice versa. The breath anchors us in the present moment and makes us aware that we are alive. For example, we can only experience happiness in the moment, not tomorrow or the day after. You can, for instance, choose to be happy and free right now, while reading this text. This moment is also your true home. It took me many years to understand this. These years included many journeys to different countries and continents, many journeys into different industries and economic systems, many journeys into different philosophies and cultures. And above all, a great journey to myself.

In my classes, I teach Vinyasa Yoga, Yin Yoga, Mindfulness, Pranayama, and Meditation. 

Elements of Pilates and Laughter yoga, Embodied yoga principles are also components of my classes.

Perhaps you're on holiday near Denia and would like to do yoga with your friends. 

It is also possible to start a class in English with your own group over a longer period of time.
